English Simple Recipes
 
Ingredients :

  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions :

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green English Simple Recipes chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  4. Now, add the turmeric English Simple Recipes powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  5. Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and mix everything together. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the leaves wilt and become tender.
  6. Once the fenugreek leaves are cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with roti or rice.
