Ingredients :
- 2 cups fenugreek leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions :
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green English Simple Recipes chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
- Now, add the turmeric English Simple Recipes powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
- Add the chopped fenugreek leaves and mix everything together. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the leaves wilt and become tender.
- Once the fenugreek leaves are cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with roti or rice.
