Ingredients
:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil or English Simple Recipes butter for cooking



Instructions:

  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and add milk. Whisk them together until well combined.
  • Add the chopped onion, tomato, green chili (if using), and coriander leaves to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and black pepper powder according to your taste. Mix everything together.
  • Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
