Material :-
* Materials for Saran :-
- Peanuts :- Two bowls
- Jaggery :- One to one and half cup
- Cardamom Powder :- (Optional) As required
- Oil-Ghee :- For roasting the hives
- If many people have made Puranpoli, Chapati (everyone knows how to do it), then English Simple Recipes the same amount of dough is required for Puranpoli, about two-and-a-half bowls of dough (do this according to your own estimation and take a little more, the rest of the dough is used for chapati).
Action :-
- Pick the peanuts. (Remove spoiled peanuts and sometimes stones.)
- Now roast the selected peanuts well. (without tax.)
- Once the groundnuts are cool, remove any husks/boils by hand.
- Now grind it finely from the mixer and keep it in a bowl and spin the jaggery through the mixer (first make small stones of the jaggery so that it will spin easily in the mixer).
- Combine peanut shell and jaggery. Now add cardamom and mix.
- Take as much English Simple Recipes dough as you need for chapatis and divide it into a bowl. Fill it with koot-jaggery mixture and close its edges. (Complete P.P.O. process.) Now put this ball on the plate and gently roll it.
- Heat a tawa on medium flame, grease it with oil/ghee (the poli does not stick to the pan) and fry the poli on both sides till it turns golden brown.
