Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina (rava/sooji)
- 1 cup curd (yogurt)
- 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese), diced into small pieces
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cashews, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix semolina, curd, paneer, tomato, green chili, cashews, red chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt.
- Stir all the ingredients well to make a smooth mixture.
