Spicy paneer rich semolina curd English Simple Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina (rava/sooji)
  • 1 cup curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese), diced into small pieces
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cashews, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix semolina, curd, paneer, tomato, green chili, cashews, red chili powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, and salt.
  • Stir all the ingredients well to make a smooth mixture.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for a few minutes to let the semolina absorb the flavors.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  • Take a spoonful of the semolina mixture and shape it into a round patty.
  • Place the patty on the heated pan and cook on medium heat until both sides turn golden brown and crispy.
