Ingredients:
- 250 grams okra (bhindi)
- 2 medium-sized onions (pyaz)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhaniya)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Start by washing the okra and patting it dry. Then slit each okra lengthwise, making sure not to cut through completely, and keep them aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
- Finely chop one onion and keep it aside. Take the other onion and slice it into thin rings.
- Stuff the spice mixture into the slit okra, filling each one evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.
