Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted English Simple Recipes butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups corn flour (cornmeal)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together English Simple Recipes the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this step.

- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
