Ingredients:

  • 140g plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tbsp Dijon English Simple Recipes mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C for fan ovens) or gas mark 7.

  2. Prepare the Batter:
