Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Chill: Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

Putting It All Together

  1. Serve: Place the assembled smash burgers on plates.
  2. Add fries: Serve the wedge fries on the side.
  3. Dip and enjoy: Use the secret sauce for dipping the fries or add extra to the burgers as desired.
