  • Salt: to taste
  • Coriander leaves: a handful, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon (optional, for extra tanginess)
  • Peanuts (optional): 2 tablespoons, roasted

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Rice:
