  • Water: 2 cups
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Coriander Leaves: For garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is fully cooked and water is absorbed. If using a pressure cooker, cook for 1-2 whistles on low heat.
  9. Finishing Touch:

    • Once cooked, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before opening the lid.
    • Fluff the rice gently with a fork. Add lemon juice (if using) and mix well.
  10. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    • Serve hot with yogurt, raita, or a side salad.
