Mooli Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- Water (as needed)
- A pinch of salt
For the Filling:

- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:
Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Prepare the Filling:

- In a bowl, mix the grated radish, green chilies, coriander, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt.

- Dust with flour and roll it out into a flat circle (about 6-7 inches in diameter).
Cook the Paratha:
- Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat.
- Place the rolled paratha on the hot tawa.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes or until small bubbles form.
