Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer English Simple Recipes (cottage cheese), crumbled
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Heat Oil: In a pan, heat oil or ghee over medium heat.
Sauté Onions: Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.Hindi Simple Recipes
Add Spices: Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for another minute.
Add Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Mix Spices: Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is well combined.
Add Paneer: Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serving:
