English Simple Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams paneer English Simple Recipes (cottage cheese), crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat Oil: In a pan, heat oil or ghee over medium heat.

  2. Sauté Onions: Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.Hindi Simple Recipes

  3. Add Spices: Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Sauté for another minute.

  4. Add Tomatoes: Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

  5. Mix Spices: Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is well combined.

  6. Add Paneer: Add the crumbled paneer and mix well. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  8. Garnish: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Serving:
