Simple Vegetable Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
