Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 250g mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced

- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
- Boil a large pot of salted water.
- Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- Once done, drain the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water for later.
Prepare the Mushroom Sauce:
