Paneer Amritsari Simple Recipe

  • For frying:

  • For garnish:

    • Chaat masala (optional)
    • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
    • Lemon wedges
    • Green chilies (slit, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the marinade:

    • Add cornflour, rice flour, and a pinch of baking soda (optional). Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

    • Sprinkle some chaat masala on top for extra flavor (optional).
