  • Salt - to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Oil or butter - 1-2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs:

    • Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Beat the eggs well until they are smooth and frothy. Set aside.
  2. Cooking the Base:

    • Add cumin seeds and curry leaves (if using) to the hot oil and let them splutter.
