Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms English Simple Recipes (button mushrooms or any variety you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or any cooking oil)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1-2 green chilies (sliced, adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional, for a slight tang)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance flavors)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:

    • Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt.
    • Slice them into thick pieces or halves, depending on your preference.
  2. Cook the Mushrooms:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons Hindi Simple Recipes of oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté them for 5-7 minutes until they release their water and become golden brown. Stir occasionally.
