Ingredients:
- 250g mushrooms English Simple Recipes (button mushrooms or any variety you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or any cooking oil)
- 4-5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1-2 green chilies (sliced, adjust to your spice preference)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (optional, for a slight tang)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (optional, to balance flavors)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mushrooms:
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove dirt.
- Slice them into thick pieces or halves, depending on your preference.
Cook the Mushrooms:
