Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)
- Water (as needed)
Instructions:
Soak the Moong Beans:
- Soak the green Hindi Simple Recipes moong beans for 3-4 hours or overnight in enough water. Drain the water before cooking.
Heat Oil:
- In a pan or kadhai, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.

Final Touch:
- Once the moong beans are cooked and the gravy thickens, add garam masala (optional) and give it a good stir.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve:
