Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice flour (soaked rice or regular rice flour)

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Soak the rice for about 4-5 hours and drain it. If using regular rice flour, you can skip this step.

    • Grate the pumpkin and keep it aside.

  2. Make the Mixture:

    • Heat a little oil in a pan.

    • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

    • Add turmeric powder and sauté briefly.

    • Now, add the grated pumpkin and any optional ingredients like grated carrot or cucumber. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes to soften.

  3. Prepare the Fritter Dough:
