Ingredients:
For Mango Pulp (Aamras):

Ripe Alphonso or Kesar mangoes – 3 to 4

Sugar – to taste English Simple Recipes (optional, based on sweetness of mangoes)

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp (optional)

Milk – 2 to 3 tbsp (optional, to make it smoother)
For Chapati (Poli):

Whole wheat flour (atta) – 2 cups
-
Water – for kneading
-
Salt – a pinch
-
Ghee or oil – for roasting
👩🍳 Method:
✅ To prepare Mango Pulp (Aamras):

Wash and peel Hindi Simple Recipes the mangoes. Scoop out the pulp.

Blend the pulp in a mixer with sugar and cardamom powder until smooth.

Add a little milk if you like a lighter texture.

Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for best taste.
✅ To prepare Chapati:

Mix wheat flour and salt, knead into a soft dough using water.

Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes.

Make small dough balls and roll out into thin chapatis.
-
Cook on a hot pan (tava) from both sides, applying a little ghee if desired.
🥣 To Serve:
-
Serve chilled aamras with hot chapatis.

Add a spoon of ghee or butter on top if preferred.

Can also be enjoyed Marathi Simple Recipes with papad or pickle on the side.
💡 Tips:
-
If mangoes are very sweet, skip the sugar.

You can also mash the mango pulp by hand for a more traditional texture.
