Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)

1 cup gram flour (besan)

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) – optional

Salt to taste

Water (as needed)

Oil for deep frying
Instructions:

Prep the Potatoes:

In a mixing bowl, add gram flour.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, ajwain (if using), and salt.
