🧀 Ingredients:

Paneer (cottage cheese) – 200g, cubed

Butter – 2 tbsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Tomatoes – 3 large (pureed)

Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Cashew nuts – 10-12 English Simple Recipes (soaked in warm water)

Cream – 3 tbsp

Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves) – 1 tsp (optional)

Garam masala – ½ tsp
-
Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

Sugar – 1 tsp
-
Salt – to taste

Water – as needed
🍳 Instructions:

Make the cashew paste: Blend soaked cashews with a little water to a smooth paste.

Cook the tomato base:

Heat butter and oil in a pan.

Add ginger-garlic Marathi Simple Recipes paste. Sauté for a minute.

Add tomato puree. Cook until oil separates (6–8 minutes).

Add spices:

Stir in chili powder, salt, sugar, and garam masala.

Add cashew paste. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Add paneer:

Add cubed paneer to the gravy.
