Simple Fried Vegetable Rice Recipe
📝 Ingredients (Serves 2-3):

Cooked rice – 2 cups (preferably cold or leftover rice)

Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped, optional)

Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (like carrots, green peas, beans, corn, bell pepper – chopped or pre-boiled)

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce – 1.5 tablespoons

Salt – to taste

Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

Lemon juice – optional

Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
