Simple Fried Vegetable Rice Recipe

📝 Ingredients (Serves 2-3):

  • Cooked rice – 2 cups (preferably cold or leftover rice)

  • Oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)

  • Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped, optional)

  • Mixed vegetables – 1 cup (like carrots, green peas, beans, corn, bell pepper – chopped or pre-boiled)

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon

  • Soy sauce – 1.5 tablespoons

  • Salt – to taste

  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon

  • Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish

  • Lemon juice – optional


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok.
