Peanut Pancake – Easy Recipe
📋 Ingredients:

Roasted peanuts – 1 cup (peeled and coarsely ground)

Gram flour English Simple Recipes (besan) – ½ cup

Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

Ginger – ½ tsp (grated)

Onion – 1 (finely chopped, optional)

Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Salt – to taste

Turmeric – ¼ tsp

A pinch of asafoetida (hing) – optional

Water – as needed

Oil – for cooking
👩🍳 Instructions:

Prepare the batter:
In a bowl, mix Hindi Simple Recipes ground peanuts, gram flour, green chili, ginger, onion, turmeric, hing, salt, and chopped coriander. -
Add water:
Gradually add water to make a thick but pourable batter, similar to pancake or dosa batter. Mix well to avoid lumps. -
Heat the pan:
Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa, lightly grease it with oil. -
Cook the pancakes:
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it in a circular motion.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, flipping once. -
Serve:
