Peanut Pancake – Easy Recipe

📋 Ingredients:

  • Roasted peanuts – 1 cup (peeled and coarsely ground)

  • Gram flour English Simple Recipes (besan) – ½ cup

  • Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Ginger – ½ tsp (grated)

  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped, optional)

  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)

  • Salt – to taste

  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp

  • A pinch of asafoetida (hing) – optional

  • Water – as needed

  • Oil – for cooking


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the batter:
    In a bowl, mix 
    Hindi Simple Recipes ground peanuts, gram flour, green chili, ginger, onion, turmeric, hing, salt, and chopped coriander.

  2. Add water:
    Gradually add water to make a thick but pourable batter, similar to pancake or dosa batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.

  3. Heat the pan:
    Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa, lightly grease it with oil.

  4. Cook the pancakes:
    Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot pan and spread it in a circular motion.
    Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides, flipping once.

  5. Serve:
    Serve hot with green 
    Marathi Simple Recipes chutney, yogurt, or tomato ketchup.


✅ Tips:

  • Add a little rice flour for extra crispiness.

  • You can also add grated carrots or spinach for extra nutrition.

  • Make mini versions for kids' tiffin boxes.
