Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

Boiled eggs – 4

Onions – 2 medium (finely chopped)

Tomatoes – 2 medium (finely chopped or pureed)

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

Green chili – 1–2 (optional, finely chopped)

Oil – 2 tablespoons

Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)

Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
-
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
-
Salt – to taste

Water – as needed for gravy

Fresh coriander – for garnish

Lemon juice – optional
👨🍳 Instructions:
