 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • Boiled eggs – 4

  • Onions – 2 medium (finely chopped)

  • Tomatoes – 2 medium (finely chopped or pureed)

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon

  • Green chili – 1–2 (optional, finely chopped)

  • Oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)

  • Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

  • Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon

  • Garam masala – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – as needed for gravy

  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

  • Lemon juice – optional


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs, peel them, and gently prick them with a fork or knife. You can English Simple Recipes lightly fry them in oil with a pinch of salt and turmeric for extra flavor (optional).

  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds (if using) and let them splutter.

  3. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.
