1. Green Garlic Stir-Fry (Lasun Pati Bhaji)
Ingredients:

1 cup chopped green garlic (lasun pati)
-
1 small onion, chopped
-
1-2 green chilies, chopped
-
2 tbsp oil
-
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
-
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
-
Salt to taste
Instructions:
-
Heat oil in a pan. Add English Simple Recipes mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

Add green chilies and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Add chopped green garlic and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Add salt to taste and cook for another 2 minutes until soft.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
🌿 2. Green Garlic Paratha
Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour
-
1/2 cup finely chopped green garlic
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
-
Salt to taste
-
Water (for kneading)
-
Ghee or oil (for roasting)
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix flour, green garlic, chili powder, and salt.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll into parathas.

Cook each paratha on a hot pan with ghee or oil until golden on both sides.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup green garlic leaves (chopped)

2 green chilies
-
2 tbsp roasted peanuts

Salt to taste

1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:

Blend green garlic, chilies, peanuts, salt, and lemon juice into a smooth paste.

Add a few teaspoons of water if needed.
-
Serve with snacks, rice, or as a side with meals.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped green garlic
-
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
-
1 tsp red chili powder
-
Salt to taste
-
2 tbsp oil
-
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:

Add chili powder and salt. Mix well.

Let it cool, then add lemon juice and mix.

Store in a clean jar and refrigerate. Use within a week.
