🔸 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 small vadas):

All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup

Baking powder – 1 tsp
-
Sugar – ½ cup
-
Milk – ½ cup
-
Melted butter or oil – ¼ cup
-
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
-
Strawberry or raspberry jam – 3 tbsp
-
Icing sugar – for dusting
-
A pinch of salt
🔹 Instructions:

Preheat oven English Simple Recipes to 180°C (350°F). Grease muffin tray or small moulds.

In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

In another bowl, mix milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix to make a smooth batter.
