English Simple Recipes

🔸 Ingredients (Makes 8–10 small vadas):

  • All-purpose flour (Maida) – 1 cup

  • Baking powder – 1 tsp

  • Sugar – ½ cup

  • Milk – ½ cup

  • Melted butter or oil – ¼ cup

  • Vanilla essence – 1 tsp

  • Strawberry or raspberry jam – 3 tbsp

  • Icing sugar – for dusting

  • A pinch of salt


🔹 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven English Simple Recipes to 180°C (350°F). Grease muffin tray or small moulds.

  2. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, vanilla, and melted butter.

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix to make a smooth batter.
